Important Boundaries

  • Use cybersecurity training only on systems you own or have explicit permission to test.
  • Certification names are used only to identify learning goals; TechNodeX is not endorsed by those providers.
  • The hosted product is free; no payment method is required.
  • Tech Picks links may earn TechNodeX a commission from Amazon.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TechNodeX at learn.asv-labs.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TechNodeX is an online education platform providing courses in cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and software development. The Service includes course content, progress tracking, notes, isolated code-space practice, and community-level support.

3. User Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental consent.

You may not create accounts for others without their permission or use the Service for any unauthorized commercial purpose.

4. Free Access & Tech Picks

TechNodeX is free to use. Public visitors may browse the catalog and course outlines; an account is required for lessons, progress, notes, and code-space features.

Support is community-level and is provided without a service-level agreement. Availability, response time, and uninterrupted operation are not guaranteed.

Tech Picks: Some resource links point to Amazon. As an Amazon Associate, TechNodeX may earn from qualifying purchases. Product availability, final pricing, shipping, returns, and purchase terms are handled by Amazon, not TechNodeX.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use knowledge gained from cybersecurity courses for unauthorized or illegal access to computer systems
  • Use platform-provided targets, flags, or tooling outside the TechNodeX learning environment or another system you are explicitly authorized to test
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute course content without written permission
  • Attempt to circumvent sandbox limits, throttles, or isolation controls
  • Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service

Cybersecurity content: Our courses teach ethical hacking, penetration testing, and security research. This knowledge must only be applied to systems you own or have explicit written permission to test. Unauthorized access to computer systems is illegal and a violation of these terms. Platform labs and spawned targets are only for authorized work inside the TechNodeX learning environment.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, designs, hidden tests, rubrics, and materials on TechNodeX are owned by TechNodeX and protected by copyright. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to access and use course content for your own learning. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

You own the code, notes, and portfolio submissions you create in the learning workspace. You grant TechNodeX the limited license needed to run, grade, store, and display that work in your account and learner portfolio.

Certification and product names, including third-party marks, are used nominatively to identify learning topics or preparation goals. TechNodeX is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or an official training provider for those third parties unless a page explicitly says otherwise.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that course content will lead to any particular employment outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechNodeX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.
